Performance Contracting

Building Performance Energy Audit: Residential audits are .17/ sq ft of conditioned space with a minimum charge of $350. Most customers fall into this category. Includes full audit report with estimated energy savings and payback calculations.

Commercial and Municipal Audits are by proposal based on services required and size of building. Call or email us to schedule a site visit.

Building Energy Modeling Audit: Same as above with more detailed reporting, including building energy modeling with DOE approved software to identify and quantify energy savings packages and prioritize the recommended Energy Conservation Measures. Reporting varies based on customer's needs. This service is priced by proposal

Energy Conservation Measure Verification Audit: This is for customers who recently had energy efficiency upgrades performed on their building and would like to verify the measures and quantify actual energy savings. Includes audit report. Cost $150 for testing with simplified report. $250 for testing and full report. (This fee is included if you contract NH NRG to manage your improvement project.)

Energy Efficiency Retrofits: By proposal. call or email to schedule a site visit.

We realize there is a large group of Owners out there that are able to tackle many of the energy upgrades themselves. Using one of our comprehensive audits and resulting reports, we can provide these owners with a “map” of their buildings energy deficiencies and recommend products and methods to successfully complete the work. Many of the easier improvements: compact fluorescents, water saving shower heads, programmable thermostats, carbon monoxide detectors, etc. are available directly through NH NRG.
